While design is core to my work, I find the greatest fulfillment in collaborating effectively under pressure, working through ambiguity, and mentoring junior designers to create impact for both people and product.

I typically operate as a team lead and individual contributor, setting direction, supporting others, and staying close to the work. I’m focused on impact: building products that work, teams that function well, and outcomes that hold up in the real world.
